Its hard to keep this updated, when we are not actively involved planning or on a work team, so I apologize to those that follow this blog.
The January trip never materialized, as Ed and Debby were busy with to many other things to really fit in team at that time. My hope was that Ed might get to work on his airplane during that time, but that wasn't possible either.
Wonderful things have been happening since last summer. Josh & Candice Rose have decided to stay long term in Guachochi, so that has been a huge blessing to the Capps. The Roses have their own ministry, and have been a tremendous asset to the new school project......impossible to document all the hours of time Josh has dedicated to that project, besides outreach to adjoining towns, and spending time at the 'Ranch' working with Joel.
The Oklahoma group are planning a trip to Guachochi, May 28-June 6. At this time, myself, Stephanie, Chloe & her brother Luke are planning to go along with them. We will be spending time at the Ranch, building a hanger for aircraft.
Just about a month ago, Ed and a fellow pilot flew in and landed on the runway we built a few years ago. Very exciting to know it's useable and to see that first plane sitting on the strip... Wow!!!
.... now to just get Eds plane finished so he can have it out there too.
